Architecture and working papers

GateForge is being developed around a governance-first model of AI execution. These papers explain the architectural thinking behind the system, its current proof surface, and its applied wedge in authority-grounded first-pass readiness workflows.

GateForge Thesis

A longer-form architectural argument for pre-inference governance. This thesis explains why reasoning admission, authority boundaries, workflow control, and fail-closed artifact discipline matter in higher-trust environments, with particular emphasis on NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC-adjacent first-pass readiness workflows.
