These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of gateforge.ai (the “Site”), which is operated by ServTech AI LLC, doing business as GateForge (“GateForge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Any software license, pilot, implementation, paid engagement, or platform access will be governed by separate written agreements, not by these Terms alone.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, commitment, warranty, or guarantee of availability, performance, licensing eligibility, or business outcome.

Any specific commercial, technical, legal, security, or deployment terms must be set out in a separate written agreement between you and GateForge.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the Site for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose

- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure

- Probe, scan, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the Site

- Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful material

- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority

4. Intellectual Property

The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, branding, logos, software descriptions, and other materials, are owned by GateForge or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for limited personal or internal business review, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.

“GateForge” and related marks are the property of ServTech AI LLC.

5. Feedback and Submissions

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GateForge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GateForge’s total liability arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GateForge and its officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
